DT Midstream Reports $112 Million Q2 Net Income

DT Midstream (DTM) reported second-quarter 2026 net income of $112 million, or $1.09 per diluted share. Operating earnings were $112 million, or $1.09 per diluted share, and adjusted EBITDA was $305 million.

The company declared a quarterly common stock dividend and reaffirmed its adjusted EBITDA guidance ranges for 2026 and 2027. DT Midstream also cited progress on organic growth projects, including Haynesville system expansion contracts and the first phase of Viking Gas Transmission modernization.
