In celebration, the ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on April 24, 2025, and was attended by President of Guatemala Bernardo Arévalo and U.S. Ambassador to Guatemala Tobin Bradley, marking a significant moment in the country’s emergence as a key player in global avocado production.
