Risk Factors Dashboard
Once a year, publicly traded companies issue a comprehensive report of their business, called a 10-K. A component mandated in the 10-K is the ‘Risk Factors’ section, where companies disclose any major potential risks that they may face. This dashboard highlights all major changes and additions in new 10K reports, allowing investors to quickly identify new potential risks and opportunities.

Risk management and strategy
The Information Technology “IT” environment of the Company is critical in efforts to effectively perform day-to-day processes and expand on current opportunities and investments. Our security policies and processes are based on best practices of the industry and are regularly reviewed by our management to ensure the current technological capabilities are maintained. We review System and Organization Controls 1 (SOC 1 Type II) certifications where relevant from third-party partners and service providers as needed.
Governance
The Board of Directors works directly with, and is in frequent communication with, management and our third-party IT providers to protect the Company’s information systems from cybersecurity threats. To date, there have not been any cybersecurity threats that have materially affected the Company.
